Church Wilne Rotary recently welcomed District Assistant Governor, Tony Waldron to its speaker evening. He gave a very entertaining and inspiring talk on Dolly Shepherd, a truly amazing lady from an incredible family. In 1905 she was a pioneering balloonist and popular figure, drawing large crowds, overcoming danger and learning to walk again after a serious accident.
