  • RIBI President J. Elfed Davies, Porthcall Rotary Club.

  • District Governor Roy  E.Richardson, Nottingham North Club

  • In August attended Nicosia Rotary Club and exchanged banners

  • Several members attended District Conference

  • 120 people attended Ladies evening at the Regency Rooms on November 6th

  • Charter Night had over 160 people attending with Trevor Bethel as the speaker

  • Meeting was at Bartlewood Lodge under the old management with excellent service/food.

  • Our main project was Polio Plus and with an aim of 3,800 we held a Nouveau Beaujolais evening on Thursday 19th November at Bartlewood.  The staff put on a Can Can dance which was brilliant. District refused to give us a certificate for the 3, 800 we raised because they said we should have got 4, 000. In October 1987 we had a Bavarian evening at Bartlewood.
